Juwel has reinvented the composter

The new Aeroplus 6000 composter is characterized not only by its successful design but also by its intelligent multi-chamber system, which produces excellent compost in a short time without the need for laborious turning. The Aeroplus 6000 was developed in close cooperation with the University of Microbiology in a series of tests lasting several years.

The turning takes place in the composter. Mixing and aeration takes place when the chambers are emptied. Only the multi-chamber system, which has been optimized in long series of tests, makes it possible to bring a larger amount of fresh compost from the collection chamber into the composting chamber at once. Here, the all-round supply of oxygen means that composting begins particularly intensively when heated and at the same time volume is reduced and moisture is released. Composting can take place undisturbed here, as fresh material initially returns to the collection chamber. The largely composted material is transported to the ripening chamber via the rotary flap.
